These are PLUS SIZED, SUPER STRETCH, THIGH HIGH, SOCKS. (if your upper thigh is smaller than 25" these might be too big for you)

Garter belt is included, its 1 inch wide and adjusts up to 41.5 inches around.

Socks are Acrylic and Spandex. 35" long and stretches to about 42". They are 7"wide and stretch up to 39" circumference. Hand wash to clean.
